The working principle of an explosion-proof dehumidifier mainly involves using a fan to draw moist air from the space into the dehumidifier, then passing it through a heat exchanger to condense the moisture in the air into water droplets, after which the now dried air is expelled from the unit. This repeated cycle achieves a reduction in indoor air humidity. The core working principle of the explosion-proof dehumidifier is the "circulation system," on which the operation and other functions of the dehumidifier are based. After the explosion-proof dehumidifier is turned on normally and the external circulation mode is activated, the fan begins initial operation, and moist air is drawn into the interior through the air inlet. The moisture (damp cold air) then passes through the device's evaporator, where the evaporator transfers the moisture in the air to the aluminum fins, turning it into dry air free of moisture. This dry air then passes through the device's condenser for heat dissipation and is finally transmitted to the outside through the air outlet. After the compressor operates, the exhaust port, via the fan, transfers the high-temperature and high-pressure gas from the space to the condenser for cooling. After cooling, the gas turns into a low-temperature, high-pressure gas, which then undergoes throttling treatment through the capillary tube, becoming a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid. It then evaporates and absorbs heat through the evaporator, and by the time it returns to the compressor, it has become a low-temperature, low-pressure gas, repeating the cycle through continuous operation.
